Have you ever shared that you were a salesperson only to have people shirk away, hide their wallet or purse, or treat you differently?

There is a negative stigma that hangs over the selling profession.  It is extremely unfortunate that all salespeople get smeared by this negative stereotype, created by the unscrupulous few.  Add to it, Hollywood’s love affair with producing movies that portray salespeople as crooks, and we now have an entire profession fighting to prove it’s character and value.  After going through the experience of being looked down upon because I was a salesperson, I made it my personal life mission to show the world that honest, caring, emotionally intelligent, morally-correct people can succeed in sales, and that in fact, the majority of salespeople are well-intentioned.

If we focus on the success of others, our success will naturally follow.  This is our personal and professional philosophy.  On this site you won’t find manipulative sales tricks to dupe your prospects into buying.  What you will find are proven, customer-focused communication techniques that will immediately help you connect more effectively with prospects and customers, increase your sales and your customer’s long-term satisfaction.  

 I have spent the majority of my career seeking practical, customer-focused, non-manipulative, easy-to-implement sales tips.  Through my research, field-testing and interaction with sales organizations and salespeople throughout North America, over the years, I have created and compiled a list of practical tips (50+), which we call “Gems”.
